The UnderSec consortium has successfully completed its first demonstration phase at Lavrion Port, Greece, held from 16 to 20 March 2026. This on-site activity brought together project partners to rehearse, deploy, and demonstrate the developed technologies in realistic port conditions.

Throughout the week, the team carried out technology installation and setup, a full rehearsal day, and two days dedicated to demonstration, testing, and evaluation activities, followed by structured debriefing and lessons-learned discussions. This milestone represents a significant step forward in validating the project’s solutions and preparing for the next phases of implementation.
